Directions:
1. Brush your teeth as you always do. Using a little toothpaste, coat your toothbrush with it. Then add some teeth whitener to the toothbrush/toothpaste mix
2. Brush your teeth vigorously
3. Then add some teeth whitener to warm water and swirl and swish for 5 minutes.
